Amazing stay! The motel has been completely renovated with new rooms and a fresh look. I wasn’t expecting this—back in 2022 it was nothing like this. The new owners did a fantastic job. Definitely worth staying here!
Everything was clean, comfortable, and the staff were fantastic. Whenever I'm back in town, I'll stay here again.
Overall this is a good place to stay. I spent three nights. It is low budget so I was not expecting mints on my pillows. My room had a microwave and a small refrigerator. Both adequate for me. The bedding is as clean as well as the towels and wash cloth. While the outside and hallway could be a turn off my room was not. The bathroom and room looked remodeled within at least the last year. I do have one major complaint. There was a small scorpion crawling near the ceiling. I reported this to the man at the front desk. He did absolutely nothing. Now I grew up in Oklahoma so having a scorpion inside is not all that unusual. I ended up killing it myself by climbing on the chair. Rather a hazard for me as I am not steady on my feet. Overall I would stay at Ashley Inn again when I travel down to Ponca City again. I will close by giving a big shout out to Alyssa. When she was there she was helpful, courteous with a big smile.

Do away with the smoking rooms and that alone would probably drastically improve this hotel. That's the first thing that hits you when you walk in is the smell of cigarettes and it doesn't leave your nose. Location is perfect, however, which was a major convenience. Discounted room rate for Military/Veterans was greatly appreciated - thank you!
